Sonofamotherlessgoat

Ok, so I wrote more in depth about this for my next post over at Bodies, but I wanted to vent here too.

I did my measurements yesterday and after six weeks of total ass-kicking at the gym, I have lost 2 inches from my hips/ass, 2 inches fro my lower waist/belly button area, and 1.5 inches from my waist.

So, yay, right?

BUT

BUT

I GAINED an INCH in each quad muscle and almost an inch in each bicep.

I'm officially Amazon.

Muscle might be bigger, but it's definitely more attractive. Great Job!! I can really see a difference in your waist in the pics from your other post. Here are my stats from last week:

Starting weight: 146.4
Week 1: 144.2
Week 2: 143.2
Week 3: 143.2
Week 4: 142.0
Week 5: 141.6
Week 6: 141.6
Week 7: 140.4

Week loss: 1.2 lbs
Total pounds lost: 6.0

I'm really happy with 6 lbs in 7 weeks. Only 12 more to go! And I hope they go as easily. I've been doing really well with working out which helps with the tighening of certain areas and that's more important than a number.

Keep up the good work. I like keeping up with you each week and knowing we're both sweating thru this.
